For any assistance with Veterans’ Affairs Canada Neuropsychological Assessments and related VAC forms (mental health related) please contact the office directly to book an appointment.

The recommended fee schedule set out by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta (PAA) for individual therapy is $235 for a 50-minute session. Your extended health plan may cover a portion or the total cost of psychological services up to a maximum amount per year.

Note: SB Psychology does not provide counselling services under the Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB). You are welcome to contact our office, and we can assist you in finding an approved WCB-contracted provider.

Direct billing is offered for members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) & the Edmonton Police Service (EPS), any Veterans covered through Veterans’ Affairs Canada (VAC) and current-serving military members (CAF). SB Psychology offers direct billing with Medavie Blue Cross & Alberta Blue Cross.

Counselling services can be offered via Telehealth if preferred please request this service during your booking. Please contact our office if you need assistance or have any questions regarding Veterans’ Affairs Canada (VAC) or Partners in Canadian Veterans Rehabilitation Services (PCVRS) forms.
